The Automatic Systems of the Intelligent Facades “in the glass architecture”

The technological intelligence elements have been extended to the international glass architectural facades to involve all parts of the façade, beginning from the used materials, light glass treatments, natural ventilation, the controlling in temperature decreasing, noise reduction, preventing fire, improving façade’s performance and its permanent cleanness, as it also assisted to increase the ability of using the automatic controlling systems of the building as an entire unit and particularly the façade, in addition to reduce the need of the non-renewable energy sources, reducing loads on the façade by using computers has better direction for energy and then offering the best climate and environmental solutions to raise the rates of the healthy efficiency and to realize comfort of the building’s occupiers. This shall help to raise the rates of the productive ability and efficiency that belonging society with progress and prosperity.

In our Arab societies, we must interest from such progress in the intelligent automatic systems of the architectural facades, then trying to transcribe these technologies with the available possibilities till ft with the scientific progress in architecture.

Through the study and research, it could realizing the research’s goal by transcribing the advanced technology of the architectural facades intelligence in Egypt by using the natural brightness whenever occurs problems in the lighting energy in the building through the irregular such energy and its saving and whenever occurs glare or brightness.

It could specify some of lighting techniques that their designing strategy depending on the redirecting of sunlight inside the collected systems and the light centers in the glass, in addition to the movable sun reflectors, the reflective mirror, the techniques of photic-fiber on the treated and reinforced glass of the architectural facades’ covering, and then executing several intelligent architectural facades in Egypt.
